Whether you need a taxi, extra towels, a table reservation or assistance with organising tickets, our hosts are ready to help you. Digital check-in & check-out

With us, you can check in and out conveniently yourself and automatically avoid long waiting times. On the day of arrival, we will send you a link to the online check-in by e-mail. Once you have checked in, you will receive your mobile keys. Alternatively, you can scan your QR code on site at our self-check-in terminal in the entrance area or call up your booking using the booking number and your surname. Your key card will then be encoded. You also have the option of simply checking out digitally on the day of departure. Please return your coded key card to us. Free WLAN is available throughout the hotel. You will receive your personal access data conveniently via your online access for a quick and uncomplicated connection. Whether in your room or in our living room: you remain flexible at all times and can move your workstation to where it is most convenient for you. We are also happy to provide you with a LAN cable on request. Simply contact our reception team.

To ensure that even our youngest guests want for nothing, we provide a baby cot free of charge. Highchairs, step stools and toilet seats are also available on request and subject to availability. As a surprise, we hand out a jigsaw puzzle with our mascot, Fred the Frog, as a motif on arrival.

Our housekeeping team ensures that our public areas and 58 room units make an impeccable first impression every day. In order to maintain our quality standards, rooms are cleaned and linen is changed every 3 days for short-term stays and every 7 days for long-term stays. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please use our "Do not disturb" door hanger. We also ask you to comply with our labelled waste separation. Our housekeeping team and the environment will thank you for it.

Do you prefer to travel light or do you like your clothes to smell clean? Our laundry room is accessible at all times and is currently located in the entrance area. We also provide laundry baskets, drying racks, ironing boards and irons free of charge on request. Detergent can be purchased from the supermarket opposite or the neighbouring drugstore.

Our living room is located on the ground floor. This is accessible until midnight and is the perfect place to relax, network, work or socialise with other guests. Hot drinks are available free of charge in the coffee & tea corner from 8:00 to 11:00. Tiredness lows are therefore history and you can concentrate on the important things in peace.

If your luggage is a little larger or if you arrive very early or depart very late, we recommend our lockers for the secure storage of your luggage. You remain independent, can move around freely and have access to your belongings at all times. You are welcome to use our lockers in the entrance area.

Late check-out until 14:00

Is your flight taking off a little later, are you attending a concert the evening before or are you a late riser by nature? Then treat yourself to an extra round of sleep and take advantage of our late check-out until 14:00 on your day of departure. Fortunately, it's not far to the airport and you can start the day refreshed and rested. Bookable for 45,00 EUR

Your four-legged friend

You don't have to do without your favourite four-legged friend and can enjoy a stress-free stay with us. We ensure your privacy and at the same time maintain our quality standards by having our housekeeping team regularly clean your room and change the linen.
