Operations Manager (m/f/d)

What you bring with you

You are a qualified, reliable and guest-orientated person (m/f/d) and ideally have completed training and have professional experience in the hotel industry.

With your excellent communication skills and very good written and spoken German and English, you feel confident in dealing with international guests. Ideally, you will also have previous knowledge of the Guestline and STRAIV systems and be highly service-orientated.

You work independently, think economically and always meet our guests with a friendly smile. As a central contact person, you will ensure that our national and international guests feel completely at ease and have fond memories of their stay.

Your main tasks will include

• personally welcoming and looking after our guests
• Contact person on site for all questions and requests
• Check-in & check-out support
• Support with reservations and guest communication
• Coordination of housekeeping & external service providers
• Ensuring a smooth stay
• Checking the Apartments and public areas for tidiness and quality
• Small organisational tasks in day-to-day business
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Ordering consumables (cleaning products, guest articles, etc.)
• Goods receiving and warehouse organisation
