All rooms are fully furnished and modernly equipped. Please note the respective features of our categories. With the exception of our single and double rooms, all rooms have cooking facilities.

The city of Berlin levies a culture and tourism tax for private and business travellers.

No. For long-term stays, we accept a declaration of assumption of costs and/or a deposit as a guarantee. The amount varies depending on the length of stay.

Our rooms and studios can be booked from 1 night, our flats from 2 nights.

We accept EC and credit cards as well as payments on account. Only credit cards are accepted for our digital check-in and check-out.

In principle, payment is made directly or at the latest on arrival. For longer stays we charge a deposit in advance. All further invoices are issued and paid monthly.

The cancellation conditions vary depending on the price type. If you want to remain particularly flexible, we recommend our Best Flexible Rate. Cancellation free of charge is only possible if the cancellation deadlines are met.

Dogs are very welcome here. Please inform us in advance about your companion so that we can draw your attention to the accommodation costs and recommended walks.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own car park. Subject to availability, there are public parking spaces in the neighbouring side streets.

Check-in is possible from 15:00. You can either check in online before arrival or use our self-check-in terminal on site. Earlier check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Check in online using the website link that you will receive from us by email before you arrive. You will then receive your mobile keys. Alternatively, you can call up your booking at our self-check-in terminal in the hotel entrance using your booking number and surname, complete the check-in process and encode your key card yourself.

Please check out by 11:00 am at the latest. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

You will receive an e-mail reminder for check-out. You can check out either online or at our kiosk. Please only hand in your key card before departure if you have coded one at our terminal.

Our hosts are on site from 8:00 to 16:30. Outside of these hours, please send us an e-mail to berlin@appartello.de or call us on 040 60 92 92 15 01.

For stays of up to 6 nights, room cleaning and a change of linen takes place after the third night. For stays of 7 nights or more, this service is provided weekly.

Please contact us during your stay so that we can offer you a solution. If availability allows, we can make a room swap if necessary.

No problem. Please contact our reception team so that we can print out the landlord's confirmation of residence and fill it out with you.

Don't worry about a thing. Where there is life, there are also repairs. So if you notice anything, please contact us directly so that we can inform our in-house technician.

Please let us know in good time if you would like to extend your stay with us. We will be happy to check availability.

So that you can shorten your stay free of charge, please adhere to the respective deadlines. Please enquire about these when booking.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore not permitted in the hotel or in the rooms. Any offence will result in an immediate fine. We therefore ask you to adhere to our house rules and to show consideration for other guests.

You can encode a new key card yourself at the check-in machine at any time. Please have your booking number or your arrival and departure dates as well as your first and last name ready.

If you have paid for everything on arrival and have not used any other services, you do not have to pay anything more. If your company covers the costs, we will send the invoice to the relevant billing address.

You will receive your invoice as a PDF file by e-mail after payment. If you wish to make any changes, please let us know directly.

If you would like to leave your luggage with us until your departure, please contact us directly.

If you realise at home that you have forgotten something, please contact us. We will be happy to take care of the postage costs.
